At Epiphany in Care we strive to offer our Service Users an exceptional quality of service

This process begins with our recruitment process and follows through to the services we are able to provide our clients with. From time to time we like to ask our service users and other who come into contact with our service about their experiences of Epiphany in Care, our Staffs and Management team. We use this information to shape the design of our service, influence how our services are carried out and to correct any areas that our service users might not be so happy with.

We welcome all feedback offered and if our clients express any unhappiness, we will try to improve this by listening and taking their concerns seriously.
