Our aim is to improve the quality of life of our Service Users by enabling them to maintain their independence, promote their ability to make informed choices and to support and encourage individuals to enjoy their life and to play an active part in their communities

Whether you’re new to supporting people or have years of experience, here at Epiphany in Care we support our staff to keep their skills and knowledge up to date through our blended learning programme which includes a supportive working environment and career development.

Our Care & Support team is an essential part of our organisation and whilst we can offer training for most things we cannot teach compassion, empathy or a caring nature. These are just some of the unique qualities we expect our care & support workers to possess.

Our Commitment to you

• £10.42+ per hour dependent on experience

• 45p per mile

• Guaranteed hours
