Epiphany in Care is an organisation that offers support services in the Bristol & South Gloucestershire area to individuals with varied and diverse needs. We provide support to people in their own homes and out in the community. To help support our people, we have the following vacancies:

Administrative Assistant

Epiphany in Care offers care and support services in the Bristol & South Gloucestershire area to a diverse clients base who have varying abilities and interests. We support clients who have mental health issues, a learning difficulty, physical or sensory needs. We provide care & support to people in their own homes, out in the community on a 1:1 basis and more recently within two supported living accommodations. This can be anywhere from a few hours up to 24hrs a day.

We are currently recruiting for an administrative support position to support our business support officer with tasks around invoicing, contributing to coordinating services, payroll processing and general admin. The position would also involve providing some support to clients who need assistance with correspondence and form filling.

It would be advantageous to have experience within an office environment, though it is not a requirement if we find that you are the right candidate based on other merits. You must have good computer skills and knowledge, be professional, hardworking and honest.

Within reason the hours can be flexible. We are currently looking for someone 4 days a week (20hrs per week) but hours can be agreed to suit the successful candidate.

Care/Support Worker
