Epiphany in Care is an organisation that offers support services in the Bristol & South Gloucestershire area to individuals with varied and diverse needs. We provide support to people in their own homes and out in the community. To help support our people, we have the following vacancies:

Senior Care & Support Worker
-
We are currently recruiting for Senior Care & Support Workers who are already living in the U.K. and are eligible to apply for the skilled Worker visa sponsorship. You must be willing to relocate to Bristol, Hold a full drivers licence and have access to a vehicle which you are able to use for work purposes.
Our expectations is that you will provide practical and individualised care and support to our clients your aim is to improve their quality of life by enabling them to maintain their independence, promote their ability to make informed choices and to support and encourage individuals to enjoy their life and to play an active part in their communities.
The level of care and support required by our Clients will be dependent on their individual’s needs and abilities. This could range from a few hours up to 24hr care. Your role will require you to be good at planning activities in our Clients homes and whilst out in the community. you may be expected to contribute towards sleep-in or wake-in nights.

• Previous experience in a senior role, minimum 3 years and a minimum of 1 year as a support worker
• Must hold a ILETS level 6 or SELT B1 qualification
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Willing to relocate to Bristol
• Hold a full drivers licence and own a reliable car with class 1 business insurance
• Own a smart phone which you are prepared to use for work purposes

CoS (Certificate of Sponsorship) Care/Support Worker
